Located in the vibrant city of Krakow in Poland, Designer Outlet Kraków will become the new shopping destination and meeting place for the whole family.
Designer Outlet Kraków will have more than 100 stores with over 120 fashion and lifestyle brands, 30-70% off, in comparison to the regular recommended retail price, on a gross lettable area of 20,000 sqm. Up to ten restaurants and cafés will offer a wide variety of cuisines. 2,000 parking spaces in an above- and underground system will be provided.
Designer Outlet Kraków will also stand out for its unique design with interiors infused with natural light coming through skylights. Wide corridors with relaxation areas will make the centre a welcoming spot for shopping and leisure.
The opening is planned for spring 2025.

60,000 sqm mixed-use complex, including two retail parks
Designer Outlet Kraków is being developed as part of a 60,000 sqm mixed-use complex that is being built and already includes two Atut Galicyjska retail parks already in operation.
