KG Group sums up 10 years of activity and reveals plans for the future

More than 2,100 apartments have been sold in several Polish cities, 12 shopping centres with more than 80,000 sqm GLA have been opened, a modern office and hotel centre has been built, and the Designer Outlet Krakow centre kicked off construction. Krakow-based developer KG Group sums up its first 10 years in business and presents ambitious plans for the future. - We are just getting started - announce Krzysztof Gaczorek and Marek Koźmiński, co-owners of the company.

Flats and apartments in several cities

In the 10 years of its existence, KG Group has built and sold more than 2,100 flats and apartments in Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław and other cities. To date, the Kraków-based company has completed several multi-stage investments, such as Osiedle Piltza in Kraków's Ruczaj district (9 stages have been completed and more planned) or Osiedle Rycerskie in Wrocław (4 stages have been completed and more planned). KG Group has also completed several investments of a higher standard, including Bokserska Apartments in Warsaw and Bandtkiego Apartments in Warsaw.

The developer is currently building large residential complexes in Dawidy Bankowe near Warsaw and Wieliczka near Kraków and is preparing for further investments. - In the next few years alone, we intend to build over 6,000 new flats - announces Krzysztof Gaczorek, revealing that in addition to the expansion of the existing housing estates, KG Group will carry out a number of investments in Warsaw and the surrounding area, including the construction of a multi-storey housing estate near ul. Łokietka in Kraków or luxury apartments near Błonia in Kraków, one of the most prestigious locations in the capital of Małopolska (Lesser Poland).

Further development of the Atut Centre network

KG Group currently owns 12 Atut shopping centres with a total area of over 80,000 sqm. The centres are located in Kraków (7 facilities), Węgrzce near Krakow, Pruszków, Bełchatów and Sucha Beskidzka. Among them - we started in 2015 with the construction of a local centre in Pruszków of less than 3,000 sqm GLA. At the end of last year alone, we opened three new facilities of more than 50,000 sqm GLA. This best illustrates the dynamics of our growth in the retail market - says Marek Koźmiński.

KG announces the further development of the Atut chain. In the next few years alone, we plan to open more than 50,000 sqm GLA in both Lesser Poland and Mazovia. - We hope that this will not be the end of the story, as we are constantly looking for attractive locations for our parks - says Krzysztof Gaczorek.

Designer Outlet Kraków

This year, the KG Group started the construction of its flagship project on the retail property market, the Designer Outlet Kraków centre. - This is a unique project for several reasons. Designer Outlet Kraków will offer more than 100 shops of well-known fashion and lifestyle brands with daily discounts ranging from -30% to -70%. The centre is being built near Nowohucka and Galicyjska streets, a central part of the city that has been identified with retail for years. This is a very favourable location for many reasons. On the one hand, thanks to the dynamically developing residential infrastructure in the neighbourhood, and on the other hand, thanks to the excellent connection to the A4 motorway linking Rzeszów, Kraków and Wrocław, and the S7 expressway linking Gdańsk and Kraków.

KG Group has already announced the opening of Designer Outlet Kraków for the first half of 2025. - All the construction and marketing work on the centre is progressing very smoothly. We therefore expect that customers will be able to enjoy shopping in the new outlet as early as the spring of 2025 - says Marek Koźmiński.

KG Group also owns a modern office and hotel centre, Wojewódzka 10 Office, located in the centre of Katowice.
